SteviePicks LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and strictly enforces compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that any material on our site infringes upon your copyright, please follow the instructions below to submit a formal DMCA notice.
1. Filing a DMCA Notice (Copyright Infringement Notification)
If you believe that content on SteviePicks infringes on your copyrighted material, please send a DMCA Notice to our designated Copyright Agent, including all of the following information:
Your Contact Information: Include your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address so we may reach you regarding the claim.
Identification of Copyrighted Work: Describe the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If possible, provide specific details such as title, publication date, or a link to the original material.
Infringing Material Identification: Identify the specific material on our site that you believe is infringing on your copyright. Please provide a URL or other details to help us locate the allegedly infringing content quickly.
Statement of Good Faith: Include a statement affirming that you believe, in good faith, that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy and Authority Declaration: Add a statement, under penalty of perjury, confirming that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are either the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Signature: Include your physical or electronic signature to validate the notice.
Once we receive a complete and valid DMCA Notice, we will review the claim and may remove or disable access to the infringing content as appropriate. We will also notify the alleged infringer regarding the claim.
2. Filing a Counter-Notification (Response to Infringement Claim)
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent with the following:
Your Contact Information: Provide your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
Identification of Removed Material: Clearly identify the content that has been removed or disabled, including its location prior to removal.
Statement of Good Faith: Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
Consent to Jurisdiction: For users outside of the United States, please confirm consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where your address is located, or if outside the U.S., the district where SteviePicks is located, and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent.
Signature: Add a physical or electronic signature to validate the counter-notice.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a court action against you within 10 business days.
